Long a standard of organ repertoire, this set of short preludes and fugues, commonly attributed to Bach, is now available for pianists and organists who use minimal pedal or lack adequate pedal boards. While retaining the “sound” of the original, some adjustments were made to octave doubling and voicing in order to make the pieces playable without a pedal board. These pieces are enjoyable to play at home and serve as excellent postludes for worship.
